  • Service centers
    Check out our affiliated service centers near you. You can search by location, type of service or category of vehicle. Find a service center.
  • Damage and Claims 
    In the event of an accident with and without counterpart, you can fill out the online form and download the file of the complaint to bring it to a Center selected by subsidized ALD service network.  Fill out the form online.
  • Driver's Guide
    Before the car is returned, an expert will assess the state of the vehicle and identify instances of normal wear and tear, damage through accident or negligence. To find out more and consult the manual,  click here.
